This hotel is brand new, modern and well, presented. the rooms are spacious, clean and well, appointed with all the modern amenities you could need, including a comfortable bed, a flat. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and varied with North/South Indian dishes, fruits, toast, cereal, all very fresh and good quality. the rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view of the city and is perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room , the floor wasn't mopped and was caked in dirt and dust even after room service. the finishings in the room were shoddy around the edges, and there were several splashes of paint on the floor.

Spending my Xmas holidays in this hotel was a great decision! the rooms were well-maintained and clean. Plus, the staff were so polite and made our stay more comfortable. the location of the hotel was also outstanding, being close to the main attractions and beautiful scenic views. Apart from the great price, the breakfast buffet was one of the best aspects of the hotel, which was totally delicious! They had a wide selection of dishes which suited everyone's preferences.

We had an amazing stay with outstanding service, experienced staff, and a perfect ambiance. The hotel provided luxurious and spacious rooms, with an unforgettable lake view. The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the stunning views of the city. The hospitality team was very respectful and took quick action to meet our requests.

The hotel was decorated very nicely for Christmas and made it feel festive. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh North/South Indian dishes, fruits, toast, and cereal. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view and we were able to watch the fireworks for New Year's Eve. The hotel was conveniently located near tourist attractions and had excellent staff service.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, with floors that were caked in dirt and dust. The walls had shoddy finishing around the edges and several splashes of paint on the floor. The corridor had Christmas songs piped in which was quite loud, and had to request to turn it down.

Immaculate room, luxurious details. Incredible rooftop restaurant "Hot Pot". Pro-active and attentive hospitality team. Spacious and amazing features. Perfect in every way.
